 Categories of Parties to Whom We May Disclose a Client’s Personal Information:  First Nationwide Lending will be required to disclose a client’s personal information to other parties, such as lenders, in order to perform mortgage services.  By completing an application with First Nationwide Lending for the purpose of obtaining a home loan, a client is authorizing the company to obtain a consumer credit report and related information and to utilize this and other personal information for the specific purpose of obtaining the new loan that the client is requesting.  At the present time, First Nationwide Lending does not have any affiliated or related companies.  However, should an affiliated relationship develop in the future, First Nationwide Lending may share personal information as permitted by law.  All such companies would be subject to the privacy and confidentiality procedures followed by First Nationwide Lending.  Personal information can be shared with third parties to help deliver our services to you, when credit bureaus or others, as appropriate, ask for credit references in the course of customary business practices or in the instance of a sale or merge of part of our business.

 Deleting Your Information:  Federal and state regulations require that we store completed loan and real estate requests for various periods of time.  In order to comply with these regulations, we cannot delete information from our databases.  First Nationwide Lending uses the services of other companies to perform various functions such as host web server etc.  Only information that is required to perform their specific function is provided and this remains the property of First Nationwide Lending.
